HOW YOU ARE CHARGED!
Customers will always be charged when they first sign-up. Their second order will always skip the next billing cycle to prevent customers from being double-charged. Our specific charge day is the 10th of each month. This is when your following order will be fulfilled. The cut-off date is on the 17th of the month. For example, if a customer makes the cut-off day for this month's box, they will receive the current month's box rather than pre-paying for next month's box.

What is my plan?
Each plan is differnet. Slab Box - 1 graded card each month. Classic Box - Assortment of product each month. Pro Box - Assortment of product each month. (ex. sealed packs, custom packs, full art, stickers, etc.)
Will I make my money back?
Many of our boxes contain items worth far more than the price of the box itself. We do a number of LIVE openings where we see who can pull the most valuable card, which often shows people the quality they can get out of a box. Although the answer is simply NO. Our goal is to purchase clean card lots to ensure high value and quality cards, but this does not guarantee a return on investment. These boxes are designed to allow buyers to broaden their collection at home.
Can I pause or cancel?

Is every box the same?
No! We ship several variations each month and you will likely never see the same cards twice.
